DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA ONLY
ALL PARCELS ARE SENT VIA COURIER

Goods will be delivered in approximately 7 working days. Signature is not required on delivery and if you are not present at the time of delivery the courier does have authority to leave.
Tracking is generally available at least one (1) day after shipment.

IF YOU ARE TRYING TO ESTIMATE THE TIME OF DELIVERY PLEASE CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING:

Orders placed after 10am AEDST will be checked into the system for the following day therefore not processed that day. If you have not received your order within the days specified please contact [email protected] for further information.

Our items are handmade so each product is unique and may also vary slightly
At Melbournian Brewery we are confident you will never require to use our exchange policy.
However if the case arises a EXCHANGE will only be offered if the item is not as described or the item is faulty. We do not provide an exchange for ANY SALE ITEMS. This must be done within 3 days of receiving the item/s, please email [email protected] for further information.
